About Burlington Housing Authority

The Burlington Housing Authority (BHA) was established in 1942. The BHA provides affordable housing apartments for 90 families (including seniors). The sites are:

- Dunbar Homes (located at Belmont, Wall and Morris Avenue) and
- Stone Villa (located at Walnut, Third, Wood and Morris Avenue).

Additional Information

They do not manage or offer Section 8 vouchers. You may register for the public housing wait list, in person only, Wednesdays 8 AM to 4 PM with a valid photo ID.
